Hey! You! Wanna hear my old music from LittleBigPlanet? No? Well, read anyway!

Posted by MastaPowa7 - January 9th, 2024

So, LittleBigPlanet was where I started taking music seriously as it gave me the bare essentials to create the music I wanted to at the time. With LittleBigPlanet 3 PS4, I was able to upload those songs on my YouTube channel. I don't have all of my old songs since they're all on my PS3 since I made them all on LittleBigPlanet 2, and I don't have a way to record them. Anyway, I'm bringing your interests to this playlist I made which contains a good amount of my old LittleBigPlanet songs (from February 2018 - August 2020) as well as more recent songs.

Here's the link to the playlist if interested: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKKxhHOuWD5tvt3zS5RF19E8iaKidg6TU

Pretty cool backstory as to how LBP helped you get serious with your music. I'm not going to listen to all the music because I'd feel stressed and be obliged to listen to it all in one setting, but judging from the most recent one, I'd say it's awesome.

I'm fine with anyone not listening to ALL of them. I just wanted to showcase my old music to anyone interested, but thanks for the comment!

I wish I'd gotten to experience LBP in it's prime, we'd gotten a ps3 like a year after ps4 came out and I never logged more than a handful of hours in LBP2 and LBP Karting. I'd use my emulator but I still wouldn't have access to the treasure trove of community content.

I started playing LBP1 in 2017 and LBP2 in 2018. I'm not sure if those would be considered their "primes," especially LBP1, but the community was pretty alive and cool things were still being made so I don't think I was too late. I poured too many hours into LBP2 lol but it was actually really fun and to me worth it. I do wish I got to experience the LBPK online experience (the servers had been shut down by the time I got it). The game pretty cool when I played it, so I already know there had to have been crazy community levels in that game.
